Made To Order Turnaround Time -

Please note the turnaround time for MTO items at the top of the page.

Be aware that these times are changing as more and more orders are always coming in.
This wait time is an estimate, when you order from my made to order section, you are consenting to waiting as long as it takes for me to create your beautiful item(s) just for you! 

These items are worth the wait. If you don’t agree, stick to my ready to ship items. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES -

I do not accept returns, only exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange shipping the item back to me (at your cost). You will receive store credit for a future item that can be used for both Made To Order and Ready To Ship items.

*****Lingerie Sets are NOT available to be either returned or exchanged due to their intimate nature*****

ALTERATIONS - I very rarely accept alterations, however! Please reach out to me if you feel your item(s) could fit better if XYZ. If possible, I will alter the item(s) for you, for an alteration fee. 

HAND DYED COLORS -

Each of my items is lovingly hand dyed with low-impact dyes. The beautiful nature of these dyes is each item turns out 1000% unique and all yours! This is a feature, not a bug. 😉 Also, colors on screen may vary! Please be aware and open to variations. The dye process is part of the many reasons that make my handmade items so perfectly unique and adored. 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE -

I am not responsible for lost packages once I have shipped your items, although I will say in my almost decade of selling my clothing online and shipping thousands and thousands of items all across the world: I have NEVER had a single lost packages. Doesn’t mean it can’t happen! Each package that is shipped priority mail with UPSS comes with the standard $50 insurance, if you’d like to add more to cover the full cost of your package - please email me so I can adjust the shipping cost.
